The playground is shaping up nicely and we have been working closely with the community leaders and it´s encouraging there is involvement from those that live here. Even the school children on their break pitch in and help out. They are very excited. We are reaching the children through the kids club and they are experiencing God´s love. The kids are extremely welcoming and are impacting all of us in positive ways.
Please pray for good health, the ability to build stronger relationships with the parents and the older children in their teens, and for the community leadership in LaMerced, for pastor Alfonso and his work.
Thanks for all of your support and love. God bless.
P.S. Anita: Molly is rockín in the jungle. Karen - Wilson is blown away by what he is seeing and experiencing. Doug - Rock pickin has never been so much fun, Laura. To whoever is interested: Sam is the machete man and loves digging stumps. Dr Gretty is taking care of all of us. Dr Josh - we´ve all read your love letters to your honey (jk).

Dear Peru Team, thank you so much for posting about your progress, pain and passion for your work. In addition to assuring those of us left behind that you are indeed alright, it helps us appreciate what this experience means to each of you. Keep the pictures and posts coming! Love and encouragement, Eric and Karen Farnsworth
Greetings, Thanks so much for the updates. The pix are fantastic. How about those beautiful Peruvian children? Seeing their smiles must make the heavy work load seem lighter.
Blessings,
Wilson's Wife
Dear Friends in Peru,
What amazing work you are doing. The faces of our LaMerced friends show the hope, help, and happiness you are bringing them through your ministry. Though you are physically drained, I am sure you are spritually filled to overflowing! Bless you for the work you are doing. Be reminded that you can do ALL THINGS through the power and strength of Christ, which will sustain you through the heat and humidity!
Susan N., I had the joy of stopping by your home and sharing a hug and some cookies with Liam. I also helped him connect to the blog. I wish you could have seen the faces of your boys as they saw Mom's smiling face in Peru. What a beautiful example of love and compassion you are showing your children. They are so proud of you.
Laura and Jeanette, lead well my friends. What a blessing that you are sharing your leaderships skills with the team. We are praying for you.
May God continue to bless your work and bless you as you do great things for the Kingdom!
